"Dave is a hard worker and is very responsive! My husband and I live in the Seattle area so it made very difficult to view homes in vancouver and Camas areas. Dave was always accommodating our schedules. We had met with him close to 10 times and made offers to three different homes. We were disappointed the first two homes that we had to withdraw our offers due to the inspection results. But, Dave was working hard for us to find the right one. We were so thrilled that we found a great home and closed on Friday!!!e Dave was working very hard to help us to secure the right professionals to come and provide us fair estimate so we can pay the fair price for the right home.
